## Token lifecycle

* Generate a new key.
* Copy the key immediately.
* Store it in a secure secret manager.
* Rotate or revoke when needed.

* Tokens are sensitive credentials.
* Newly generated keys may only be shown once.
* Never hardcode tokens into client-side code or public repositories.
