Settings

Settings is your control center for every account preference. Reach it from the sidebar at any time.

Profile Information

Keep your account details accurate so notifications, support, and integrations work correctly.

Click Save Changes after editing any field.

Profile Picture

Upload a custom avatar that appears in the header and community spaces.

  • Supported formats: JPG, PNG, GIF, WebP
  • Maximum file size: 5 MB
  • Recommended dimensions: 200 × 200 px or larger (square crop)
Choose your file and click Upload Picture. Your new avatar appears immediately.

Security

Change Password

Enter your current password, then set and confirm a new one. Click Update Password to apply. Use a strong, unique password that you do not reuse on other services.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

2FA protects your account with a time-based one-time code in addition to your password.

Enable 2FA:

Click Enable 2FA

The setup flow begins and a QR code is displayed.

Scan the QR code

Open Google Authenticator, Authy, or any TOTP app → tap + → Scan a QR code.

Enter the 6-digit code

Type the code shown in your authenticator app and click Verify.

Save your backup codes

Store the one-time backup codes somewhere safe and offline. Each code can only be used once.
Disable 2FA: Click Disable 2FA and confirm with a live authenticator code.
Enable 2FA before connecting live funded accounts. If you lose access to your authenticator app without backup codes, account recovery will require identity verification.

Billing

The Billing section shows your active plan details and lets you manage payment. Click Manage billing to open the billing portal for payment method changes, invoice history, and plan upgrades. Promo Code: Enter a valid discount code and click Apply to reduce your active subscription cost.
Plan level determines which algorithms, deployment features, and account slots are available. See Subscriptions for plan details.

Notifications

Configure exactly where and when Hextrade sends you alerts.

Master Switch

The top toggle controls all notifications globally. Disable it to silence every alert without changing individual settings.

Alert Types

Enable or disable triggers per event type across all active channels:

Sound Alerts

Toggle browser audio playback on every trade execution. When enabled, adjust the Volume slider (0–100%). Click Save Notification Settings to apply all changes.

Appearance

Personalize the dashboard to match your working style.

Theme Color

Choose from available accent themes. The selected theme applies immediately across the entire dashboard. Current Theme shows the active color swatch and name.

Motion & Effects

Toggle Enable Animations to control motion effects like snowflakes in seasonal themes (Christmas, Halloween). Disable for a cleaner, lower-distraction environment or to improve performance on slower devices.

API Token

Generate a secure token to access your Hextrade trade feed programmatically from external tools or scripts.

Generate a token:
  1. Expand the API Token section.
  2. Click Generate new token.
  3. Copy the key immediately — it is shown only once for security.
  4. Store it in a secret manager or environment variable.
Rotate or revoke: Generate a new token at any time to invalidate the previous one.
Never commit your API token to a public repository or share it in Discord. Treat it like a password. If it is compromised, generate a new token immediately.
