Signup, login, free vs Premium, subscriptions, and how account limits work.
How do I create an account?
Register at dash.hextrade.io/signup with email or Google. Walkthrough: Quick start.
Where do I log in?
dash.hextrade.io/login. After sign-in you land on Accounts.
Do I need Premium to start?
Free accounts are view only. You can browse algorithms, portfolios, and analytics. You cannot connect brokers, run algorithms, copy trade, or deploy. Premium is required to do anything live. See Subscriptions.
Why can’t I add another broker account?
Your plan sets an account limit. The Accounts page shows how many you have used. Upgrade on Subscriptions if you hit the cap.
Where do I change billing or cancel?
Open Subscriptions in the sidebar, or Settings → Manage billing. After a plan change, new limits and algorithm access apply as shown on that page.
