️ Account Utilities

Once logged in, Hextrade gives you full control over your profile, appearance, and account settings. Here’s everything you can do.

Light Mode vs. Dark Mode

Hextrade offers both Light and Dark modes to suit your visual preferences and reduce eye strain during long trading sessions.

Locate the Settings Icon

On the dashboard, find the settings or theme icon in the top-right corner of the screen.

Access Theme Options

Click the icon to open theme options. You’ll see a toggle labeled Light Mode / Dark Mode.

Switch the Theme

Flip the toggle to select your desired mode. Changes apply instantly.

Preferences are saved

Your theme preference is saved automatically and persists across sessions.
The Hextrade Aqua theme (dark background with cyan accents) is the native brand theme — recommended for the best visual experience.

️ Fullscreen Mode

Maximize your workspace for an immersive trading experience.

Locate the Fullscreen Icon

Find the fullscreen icon in the top-right menu of the dashboard.

Enable Fullscreen

Click the icon to expand the dashboard to fullscreen — ideal for monitoring charts and multiple accounts.

Exit Fullscreen

Press the same icon again or hit Escape on your keyboard to return to normal view.

Update Profile Details

Keep your profile information accurate and up to date.

Open Profile Settings

Navigate to the Profile Settings tab on the dashboard (accessible from your avatar or the settings menu).

Edit Your Details

Update the following fields as needed:
  • First Name and Last Name
  • Language preference
  • Currency display preference

Save Changes

Click Save to apply your updates. Changes take effect immediately.

Change Password

Secure your account by updating your password regularly.

Go to Change Password

In Profile Settings, switch to the “Change Password” tab.

Enter Current Password

For verification, provide your existing password.

Set a New Password

Input and confirm your new password. Make it strong and unique — at least 8 characters with a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols.

Save Changes

Click Save to finalize the update. Your new password is active immediately.
After changing your password, any other active sessions may be signed out. You’ll need to log back in on those devices.

️ Change Profile Picture

Personalize your Hextrade profile with a custom avatar.

Click the Profile Icon

Click on the profile icon next to your name in the settings menu.

Upload a Picture

Select an image from your device. Supported formats: JPG, PNG, GIF, WebP. Max size: 5 MB.

Save Changes

Click Save to upload and apply your new profile picture. It will appear in the header across the platform.
Your profile picture is stored securely and is visible on your profile and the leaderboard.
